You need to buy:
A unitard (white)
Fabric paint or Markers (Black, Red/Maroon)
Yarn (for tail, possibly Wig)
Dance Shoes/Slippers (white, black or red)
1) Start with the tail following all the steps provided here. The tail looks like this:
3) Once You've bouth a white unitard, paint/colour the unitard red in the area's shown below, leaving certain area's such
as the stomach and back white. Then add the black that surrounds the white area's.
